Me and Brunei

Hello, I am Tony Chong, the guy behind Starboykb for so many moons which I frequently used it to visit forums, community and Social Networking. I have been living in Brunei Darussalam for more than 26 years all my life. It was a well known rich oil country, but expecting going to dry up soon.

Okay, there are people getting wrong idea that everyone is rich living in Brunei. I’m not and hoping I will one day. It just that we do not pay taxes like other countries does, but it doesn’t mean us getting higher pay in our jobs too.

Brunei is a Muslim country and also a boring place without many entertainments like night clubs, New Year celebration and others you probably hoping for. Make no mistake. Brunei is still one of the safest and peaceful countries I am proud living in today.

Designs & Photography

I love designs, simply love it a lot. But never get enough chance to studies it and mastering using Photoshop. Right now, my time with designing are lesser or you can say no longer working on any of it today. However, I do have a new hobby. Taking photography!

Yes I know tons of people these days taking photography. But to me, taking pictures are part of my interest in any rare encounter curing your daily life. It just my current camera are simply too lousy for professional shooting. But sooner, I hopefully able to saved up and get the nice DSLR camera. I also used my cell phone taking pictures from time to time. You can check out my works at Deviant Art for more information’s. Unlike others, I don’t post very often and only upload when it’s nice or things I see attracting.

Starboykb Blog and Projects

I started blogging almost for 8 years. My blog is only for recording my daily lifestyle, interests, personal opinions and toy collections I am buying today. I never intend or even push my blog into next level about like making money. I would prefer stick into my original way of blogging.

There are actually few personal projects I am always interest to try in my life. The first one is making my own free online magazines or books like and the second one is making my own comics based on my blog personal involvement in real world. I am still planning how it going to make this happen. Due to my limited time after work and habits who love to over sleep, I simply can’t get this two worked out until now. Hopefully, one day it happen and if it doesn’t? Gone forever of course!
